Terms of Reference of the Group

  1.       The Group will produce a draft format for the Sustainable Community Strategy, building upon the existing Community Strategy, the Local Area Agreement and the Shape Your Future Consultation, for approval by the Luton Forum.

  2.       The Group will liaise with other relevant groups e.g. Performance Sub Group, Interim Local Delivery Vehicle.

  3.       The Group will commission relevant people to produce sections of the Sustainable Community Strategy.

  4.       The Group will undertake a consultation exercise on the first draft of the Sustainable Community Strategy.

  5.       The Group will edit the Sustainable Community Strategy to ensure an accurate, readable and user-friendly document.

  6.       The Group will seek approval of the Luton Forum for the final version of the Sustainable Community Strategy.

  7.       The Group will undertake the publication of the Sustainable Community Strategy.
