THE LUTON FORUM is Luton's Local Strategic Partnership and was formed in 2000. Its members are drawn from the public, business, community and voluntary sectors within Luton.
LUTON'S SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITY STRATEGY describes our shared vision for how Luton will be in 2026, and how we intend to get there. It is based on our knowledge of Luton and informed by the aspirations of local people.
The Strategy is underpinned by shorter term plans (three years) set out in the LOCAL AREA AGREEMENT
