Terms of Reference

1. To champion equalities, inclusion and cohesion throughout the LSP and all of its sub groups
2. To ensure that equalities, inclusion and cohesion is effectively mainstreamed in to the work of Luton's Community Plan/Sustainable Communities Strategy and Local Area Agreement via the theme blocks
3. To develop mechanisms to monitor and evaluate, progress on the promotion of equalities, inclusion and cohesion
4. To refer any equalities, inclusion and cohesion issues identified through research or other sources to relevant theme groups for consideration
5. To monitor progress in relation to equalities, inclusion and cohesion and provide updates to the Luton Forum and Local Public Service Board (LPSB)
6. To monitor the allocation of LSP funding streams in relation to equalities, inclusion and cohesion
