The purpose of this Group is to champion equalities, inclusion and cohesion throughout the LSP principally through:

• Supporting theme group chairs and leads to ensure that equalities inclusion and cohesion are considered and included in theme group action plans
• Monitoring and reviewing these action plans
• Providing guidance regarding the three disciplines
